Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

8點檔女星徐千京近期演出民視「好運來」，劇中飾演議長之女、王燦的千金「陳千晶」，依照劇情發展，估計將成為曾子益邁向「渣男」的關鍵人物，最新劇情中，她首度展現練習4年的鋼管舞才藝，高超舞技當場令曾子益目瞪口呆，不過，拍攝這場戲過程卻發生小插曲，徐千京在首次拍完最後一個倒掛動作，跳下鋼管時，不慎發出巨響，嚇壞現場工作人員。
徐千京透露已默默練習4年的鋼管舞，此次在8點檔中呈現，對她而言別具意義，「很開心終於有機會讓大家看到我學了很久的東西，但真的很緊張，因為現場那麼多人圍著我，加上鏡頭對著我，壓力真的很大。」她坦言，即使已有多年訓練，在拍攝當下仍感壓力倍增，為了捕捉最佳畫面，她總共跳了6次鋼管舞，尤其最後一段包含多個高難度的「Handspring」動作，對體力是極大挑戰。

曾子益親眼見證整場表演，對徐千京的表現大為讚賞，直言：「根本是老師等級！」連劇組安排的鋼管舞老師也對她讚譽有加，特別提到最後兩個動作支撐點極少、難度極高，沒想到她竟然一口氣跳了6次，體力與毅力驚人。
