據外媒CNET針對美國手機用戶的換機報告顯示，吸引用戶升級手機的前十大理由，第一名是「更長的電池續航」，有61%的受訪者認為這一點最重要。第二、三名則是「更大的儲存空間」（46%）和「更好的相機功能」（38%）。
