Netlist控記憶體技術侵權 法院判美光需賠償143億
美國半導體大廠美光（Micron Technology）遭指控，侵害加州科技公司Netlist的記憶體模組技術專利權，法院陪審團23日判定美光須賠償4.45億美元（約台幣143.5億元）。
美國德州東區地方法院陪審團同意Netlist指控，判定美光產品侵害2項與提高記憶體模組容量和效能技術相關的專利。陪審團同時認定美光蓄意侵權，因而判罰賠償金提高到原來的3倍。
Netlist的專利權保衛戰再度告捷。該公司2021年也控告韓國記憶體大廠三星，旗下雲端運算伺服器和應用資料密集型技術的記憶體產品，侵害其高效能運算記憶體專利，去年美國法院裁決三星敗訴，須支付3.03億美元賠償金。
